2. Nature of Products
We offer a range of handmade products prepared fresh to order, including: authentic Jordanian baklava in various flavors (almond, pistachio, walnut, Oreo, and more), fresh fruit tarts, pies (cherry, apple, blueberry, pecan), and catering trays and wraps for events and special occasions. All items are handcrafted using natural ingredients, and quantity or appearance may vary slightly from order to order due to the handmade nature of preparation.

3. Ordering & Delivery
Orders are accepted exclusively through direct messages on Instagram or Facebook. Pre-ordering at least 24-48 hours in advance is recommended to ensure availability and quality preparation. Delivery and pickup are subject to area availability, with details (location, timing, and any applicable fees) confirmed directly with the customer before the order is finalized. The store reserves the right to decline or postpone any order it cannot fulfill within the requested timeframe.

4. Payment
Payment method and pricing are agreed upon directly with the customer through private messaging, and orders are only confirmed once final details have been settled.

5. Cancellations & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, exchanges or returns are only accepted in cases where an error was made by the store in fulfilling the order. Customers should contact us immediately upon receiving an order that does not match what was agreed upon.

6. Allergens
Our products may contain nuts, wheat, dairy, or their derivatives. Customers with food allergies are asked to inform the store at the time of ordering, though the store cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free preparation environment.
